Do you offer private transportation in Orlando?
Yes. One Luxe Ride provides private transportation in Orlando and Central Florida for airport transfers, hotel transportation, theme park visits, special events, business travel, and private rides.
Do you provide Orlando airport transportation?
Yes. We offer private airport transportation to and from Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, Disney resorts, Universal Orlando hotels, vacation homes, and other Central Florida destinations.
Is the ride private?
Yes. Every One Luxe Ride service is private. You and your group will have the vehicle reserved exclusively for your trip.
What vehicles are available?
We currently offer a luxury Chevrolet Suburban and a Mercedes-Benz Metris. Vehicle availability may vary depending on your travel date, pickup time, number of passengers, and luggage needs.
How many passengers can ride?
Passenger capacity depends on the vehicle and the amount of luggage. When requesting a quote, please include your group size and luggage count so we can recommend the best option.
Do you offer transportation to Disney and Universal?
Yes. We provide private transportation to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld, hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, events, and other popular Orlando destinations.
Do you provide cruise port transportation?
Yes. Cruise port transportation may be available upon request. Please send us your pickup location, cruise terminal, date, time, number of passengers, and luggage details for an accurate quote.
Do you offer car seats?
Yes. Car seats may be available upon request. Please let us know the child’s age and car seat needs when booking so we can confirm availability.
Do you track flight arrivals?
Yes. For airport pickups, we monitor flight information when it is provided. This helps us adjust for reasonable flight delays and coordinate your pickup more smoothly.
Where will my driver meet me?
Pickup details will be confirmed before your ride. Your driver will provide clear instructions based on your airport, hotel, resort, vacation rental, or event location.
How do I book a ride with One Luxe Ride?
You can request a quote through our website or contact us directly. Please include your pickup location, drop-off location, travel date, pickup time, number of passengers, and luggage count.
Do you offer hourly chauffeur service?
Yes. Hourly transportation service may be available for weddings, business travel, dinners, events, and custom itineraries. Minimum hours may apply.
Can I cancel or reschedule my ride?
Cancellation and rescheduling options depend on the timing of the request and vehicle availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
